Accessible Counselling
I believe everyone should have access to counselling, regardless of financial circumstances. For individuals without insurance or facing financial barriers, I offer reduced-fee or sliding scale sessions. Please reach via email to discuss what might work best for you.

Children and Teens (8 years +)
$160 per 60-minute session
Children and teens face unique challenges as they grow and develop. I integrate traditional talk therapy, play, and creative expression to explore emotions, build coping skills, and develop resilience, while giving parents tools and support to better understand and connect with their child.

Individual (Adult)
$160 per 60-minute session
Individual counselling provides a supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Together, we’ll work to understand your experiences, uncover patterns, and develop practical strategies that leave you feeling more empowered on your journey toward growth, healing, and resilience.

Couples
$200 per 60-minute session
Are you and your partner feeling disconnected, stuck in negative patterns, or struggling to communicate? Relationships can be challenging, but healing and reconnection is possible. I provide a supportive space to explore underlying emotions, strengthen attachment, and improve communication.
Areas of Practice
I provide counselling and therapy for a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. My approach is tailored to each individual, taking into account their cultural background, identity, and lived experiences. I work collaboratively with clients to support growth, healing, and resilience in a way that honours and respects their unique perspectives.

Anxiety – including generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety, and worry
Depression – feelings of sadness, low motivation, or loss of interest in life
Life Transitions – career changes, relationship changes, relocation, or major life events
Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence – building a healthier sense of self-worth
Grief and Loss – coping with the death of a loved one or other significant losses
Trauma and PTSD – including the use of EMDR to process distressing experiences
Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) Traits – emotional regulation, interpersonal challenges, and self-identity work
Relationship Difficulties – communication struggles, conflict resolution, or attachment concerns
Stress and Burnout – work-related stress, caregiver stress, or chronic life stressors
Emotional Regulation and Coping Skills – identifying and managing intense emotions and developing resilience
